    THE JOB SHOWCASE

FOCUSED – EFFECTIVE – EFFICIENT

The Job Showcase is a program designed to provide maximum job outcomes for a cohort of jobseekers looking to be skilled and employed in a particular industry. This highly focused program combines accredited training, work experience and pre-identified employment opportunities to provide real job outcomes for participants in their chosen field.

The Job Showcase model is both highly effective and efficient, with the majority of participants achieving job outcomes at the end of the program.

THE JOB SHOWCASE MODEL

The Job Showcase model operates by:

  • Provide 15-20 jobseekers with key employability and job skills through delivery of training over a 3-8 week period;
  • 1-2 weeks of work experience with one or more local employers;
  • The Job Showcase event – a showcase event where jobseekers demonstrate their skills and work ability to a host of pre-identified employers looking for employees;
  • Placement of jobseekers into available jobs.

ATSI-FlagsThe JobShow is a culturally aware and supportive event. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to attend and are supported by our Indigenous recruitment partner, Indigenous Workstars.
